HANDCRAFTED SKATEBOARDS | RECYCLED MATERIALS
What started as a small project making skateboards for my son and his friends, quickly turned into a great way to pair the beauty of exotic veneer, nostalgia of vintage skateboards, and the excitement carving a good hill. Over the year I have perfected the process and continue to make boards for friends, family, and local skate shops in the area. Each board is hand crafted by me and my son Alex.
We understand the environmental impact of hardwood and exotic veneer. All of our veneer is recycled from excess scrap that has accumulated over the years. Opposed to traditional skateboards and longboards, we do not cover the top of our boards with griptape. Instead we use the same marine grade epoxy used on our boats to protect the wood. This way the beauty of the veneer patterns can be seen from the top of the board. To keep the same stability you would expect from grip tape, we embed fine shards of recycled glass into the epoxy.
COMMUTER | 38" | 7 PLY MAPLE
The first and original of our two styles is the Commuter. An all around longboard for cruising and carving. Nostalgic of classic longboards, it has an old school non-contoured shape. Perfect for the causal rider.
38" in length, 7 ply maple, custom veneer pattern, marine grade epoxy finish, recycled glass grit, 150mm trucks, and 70mm wheels.

Our second style is the Runabout. Featuring a contour similar to a traditional skateboard with a kicktail on the back. This board was designed by my son Alex to be similar to a penny board; ideal for students who need something both compact and maneuverable.
27" in length, 7 ply maple, custom veneer pattern, marine grade epoxy finish,
recycled glass grit, 5" trucks, and 65mm wheels.
