CUSTOM ORDERS
Every piece created is an original custom order. When needed you will be sent technical drawings of
your custom furniture order. Upon request Joseph will email you a digital image of your piece during
its stages.
TECHNICAL DRAWING PRICING
Technical drawings fall into three price categories:
- An as-is order from the website with no size changes = no drawing charge
- Modifications of size, etc, from a website item = $50 - $150
- New custom drawing, one revision included = $200
(Additional revisions = $100 per drawing)
ADDITIONAL FURNITURE DESIGNERS
FINISHING AND SAMPLES
All pieces are available unfinished. Joseph Beam can provide finishing, offering a standard line of
stains and finishes. For custom colors and finishes, Joseph recommends these highly
respected and skilled finishing artisans:
COMPLETION TIME
Completion time is generally 12 weeks from the day the order and deposit are received, unless otherwise
specified. Rush orders will incur a 20% up charge.
SHIPPING
Pieces will be shipped blanket wrapped and delivered by Joseph Beam Custom Furniture; or through other
high quality shipping companies.
PAYMENT
- An estimate will be emailed or faxed.
- A 50% deposit and purchase order is needed before work will begin on an order.
- Balance is due upon delivery.
